Aperitivos de Anavieja is a family company with more than 25 years of experience in the sector, we are pioneers in the production of organic potato chips.
Our commitment to organic agriculture is clear, we have had our own 200 hectare field since 1998.
The production of healthy and natural food is what drives our production in a sustainable manner.
Quality and control of
the raw material in the process
We control the entire process from the seed to the final product and select the best raw materials at source, which allows us to offer snacks of the highest quality to our customers. We are certified in IFS, international food safety standard. We have an R+D+i team for the development of new products, we work to reduce fat content by offering healthier snacks.
Circular economy
Our company follows the principles of circular economy and respect for the environment, we try to reduce to zero the waste generated.
Plastic and cardboard are recycled, oil is reused to make biodiesel and organic waste is composted in our own plant and used as fertilizer in our fields. We have a self-consumption solar plant to obtain clean energy, reducing our CO2 emissions to a minimum.
