In Aperitivos de Añavieja we not only elaborate snack products in an artisan way but we also produce ninety percent of our own raw materials. Because we believe that quality and care are everything, in order to produce an exquisite potato chip, we produce our own organic potato from the native Agria-Castellana variety.

We have finished the harvest campaign and although this year has been a little lower in quantity, this has been compensated by the superior quality of the potato, we can consider this year’s agricultural production as excellent.
