In our fields in Añavieja (Soria, Spain) at over 1000 m of altitude we grow the potatoes

The potatoes are collected and selected by hand

We store them in wooden crates

First we peel them and then carry out a manual selection

The selected potatoes are cut thinly and evenly to obtain the ideal frying point

Using the best oil, we fry them in a pan for the exact time necessary to ensure the highest quality. Once they are drained salt is added

A final quality control and selection is carried out and those potato chips that are burnt, broken or have any impurity are rejected.
